snow in delhi possible

the way it is raining in september i think the winter is going to be very severe this december 2011, it is possible that we might not have to go to the hills chamoli chamba dhanaulty but stay back in delhi to enjoy similar weather. In 2005 it snowed heavy in shimla mall, after that it did not snow heavy, but it started again in 2010. once in 2008 i stayed back from 25th december to 1st january hoping to get snow fall in shimla. it so happened that by 3 pm the clouds came it became dark, there was some warmth, the wind stood still perfect conditions for it to snow and suddenly there were some drops of rain and then cleared. i went back home disappointed. but it is not going to be same from now nwards. let us wait and see, only time will tell?

Yes this summer of 2012 is also hot, rains delayed by a week. Seeing the hot conditions Winter shall be very severe so what did not happen in 2011 may happen now
